All these Baths are doubled walled in construction. the inner wall is made of satinless steel and the outer wall is made of Mild steel sheet duly painted in an attractive stove enamel spray paint. Suitable insulation is provided in both the Hot and Cold baths. Long lasting sealed heaters supported on refractory bases / immersion heaters fixed at the bottom of the working chamber provide the Heating for above ambient temperatures whereas hermetically sealed compressor coupled with an evaporation coil fan cooled condensor provides the cooling for below ambient temperature. the temperature ranges from above ambient upto 100ºC in all heated Baths and it tranges from above ambient to -40ºC in the referigerated baths.
temperature is controlled by EGO Thermostats, digital Indicator Cum Controlled, 3 Heat Rotary switch, temperature regulators etc. Other feature as per the requisites of the bath are provided. drain out Valves are provided in all the baths. water level device / auto Cut Off device are provided as per the requirements of the Bath. Operates on 220 volts, AC single phase.
