These Driers are doubled walled in construction, the inner and outer both being made of Mild Steel sheet reinforced on iron angle frames. The trays are made of suitably thick Aluminium sheets. the Tray size is 32" X 16" X 1¼. the temperature ranges from 5ºC plus ambient upto 300ºC controlled by an EGO thermostat with ±2ºC Accuracy. The accuracy is better than ±1ºC when the temperature is controlled by a Microprocessor based PID Controller. The Air circulation is done by heavy duty blower. 3" thick insulation is provided between the walls and the doors to prevent the loss of heat. The bigger capacity models are provided with Trolleys for easy mobility of the trays. Operates on 220 / 230 volts single phase or 440 volts three phase, AC Mains.
