The casing is made of thick MS sheet (reinforced with iron angles for high temperature models). Swing /sliding door with peep hole is provided. Casing is duly painted. Grooved Refractories / tiles support the Heating Elements / Rods placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced bricks are provided to keep the shell temperature within 80ºC. Maximum temperature ranges upto 1100ºC and 1450ºC, 10ºCtemperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained. Temperature is controlled either by a Pyrometer Indicator with a 'Sunvic' Energy Control or a PID Controller. An electrical control pannel box houses all the electrical parts. Works on 220/440 Volts, AC, single / three phase mains.
