This is a triple walled chamber oven designed on the memmert pattern. The inner chamber is made of SS sheet and the outer chamber is made of Mild Steel sheet hammertone spray painted. The temperature ranges from ambient plus 5ºc to 300ºc controlled by Digital Indicator cum Controller having an accuracy of ± 1ºc. A 3" thick glasswool insulation between the walls, and the door, ensure minimum loss of heat. The Oven is supplied with one tray / shelf. Operates on 220 / 230 volts, Ac supply.
