We are in this line of Business for more than Fifty years now, the Company being established in 1960, having grown into a reputed Organization ever since. The growth of our company has been a steady 20% every year. We celebrated our firms' 50 years in July 2010.
Our clientele include various R&D Labs, Private / Govt. Laboratories, Universities, Govt. Institutes, Hospitals etc. We are also the manufacturers of Temperature Controlled Equipments and are marketing under the brand name of Our product catalogue can be downloaded for further reference. Apart from this, we are also representing quite a few leading companies for their products as their authorized dealers, distributors, stockist. The Brand names of the companies represented can be seen under the Products window. Some of our customers we are associated with are mentioned under the Clientele window, which would surely give you an idea of the wide range of both the products, and the customers, we work with.
Financially a sound Organization, we have the capacity and the capability to execute bulk orders without any hindrance. Our Administrative Staff, Marketing Executives and Logistics Personnel work as a close knit family, to serve our Clients, providing them with our best services and maintaining healthy relations. Our Head Office is situated in the heart of Calcutta and is easily accessible, working six days a week with a weekly off on Sundays.
Our Goal is a target which we call "Our Desired Results", and, our aim is the process of orienting ourselves and our actions towards such goals. We aim for a relatively long term plan of action. When we aim, we see the bigger picture and it is this Goal which then is the final point or level we intend to reach. We set for ourselves such small goals, carefully thought out, so as to achieve the same. It is these Goals that have been our stepping stones which then come together to make up a stairway that finally leads us to where we have reached today and, where we intend to go!.
We have a system of policies, procedures and work instructions to guide our team in a quality manner and believe that it is important for all of us at IIMC to follow these policies, procedures, and instructions. We follow a system to ensure that the quality of the products and services that we offer and promise, are quite the same to that what we are finally able to deliver.
